As Mommy Joy was entering all that Pumpkin had to say, I was just wanting to know why I didn't get the title as "Head Kitty." Afterall, I'm the biggest kitty around here & been in this building longer than Daddy DJay. When I asked about why, Daddy DJay claimed that he has more Seniority with Mommy Joy than I or Pumpkin do. Mommy Pumpkin made the same complaint about not getting the title, but she's too busy being a Mommy anyway. I can understand that, because I'm the Daddy of her kittens.
I came in the picture over last winter. My previous owners who were the crazy people downstairs sent me upstairs & I've become part of Mommy Joy's family. I really like it up here, because for one, I can finally get some peace & quiet, which allows me to sleep a lot. Joy's house is also more clean & comfortable. I can now breathe around here. Anyhoo, I spend my days eating & lazing around Mommy Joy's place. Outside of that, I'm either playing around with Daddy DJay or showing my little boy, Travis new tricks. I have two little girls too named Sassy & Pumpkin Jr., whom I also paly around with a lot. I pretty much have to be a Daddy to little Travis, because he's a boy & it's up to Daddy to show him how to be a big kitty. I'm the King & he's my little Prince.

Mommy Pumpkin
Hi viewers & readers, I welcome u all to our wonderful world. Now that u'v met the head kitty-in-charge, it's time I get to talk about me. My name is Pumpkin & I'm a female Calico whom came in the picture right at the same time DJay did. I don't understand why Mommy Joy didn't make me a Head Kitty, because I got here at the same time as DJay, but I guess she chose to make a quiet, laid-back, black male kitty with no girlfriends & kids the head of everything. Afterall, he keeps kitty world at Mommy Joy's going smoothly.
I used to belong to the people who lived downstairs & couldn't get along with the black female kitty, Tasha. My owner, Steve decided to give me to Joy & she took me in, so she could have two kitties to play with & Djay & I could keep each other company when she's not home. I'm more outgoing & less shy than DJay & love to frolick & play. I've very much loved living with Mommy Joy, because I don't have to deal with the bull crap from my last owners & most of all, Mommy Joy loves to spoil me rotten. I have fun playing with Mommy & my big brother, DJay.
I got to experience the big move from Mommy's old place last year & got adjusted to her new place this year. There so much more to see being upstairs, looking out these big windows. Since it was the first winter Mommy had spent with me, she got the opportunity to see me in heat. I not only had DJay to play with, but the neighbors let their kitties come upstairs to play. I got to play with a black male tuxedo cat named Sylvester Sr., but he often got into fights with me & DJay, so he went back downstairs & this orange male Tabby, Tigger came upstairs. Tigger had stayed up here for good & has now officially became apart of Mommy Joy's family.
I fell in love with Sylvester at first, but it didn't work out. When it came to Tigger, I fell in love with him & it worked out better. Back in April, I had 6 beautiful, precious little kittens. Mommy, Grandmama, & all her friends just find them adorable. I've had litters in the past, but most of the kittens had run off, & I don't know whatever happened to them. The 6 I had back in the Spring are still here at Mommy Joy's with me & have grown a lot since then. Mommy Joy has a whole seperate blogspot entitled, "Cat Babies," because they've gotten so much attention from Mommy Joy's company.
Unless Mommy Joy puts me with an unfixed male, I won't be having anymore. I've enjoyed the experience of being a Mommy, but now it's time for me to relax & enjoy just being a cat.
Mommy doesn't have my pictures, but when she gets them developed, she'll put ones up of me along with me when my babies were first born.

Daddy DJ Speaks
Now that Mommy has gotten our viewers acquainted with us, I shall now take it from here. I am what they call the head kitty cat around here. Before I came to live with Mommy Joy, I belonged to another woman whom often kept me in her small apartment. Then it came about that the woman could no longer keep me. We were sad to depart from one another, but when Mommy Joy took me in, I was happy & thrilled over the new home.
Joy of course spoils me to death & allows me to go anywhere I wish in the apartment. I have to say that it's better than being couped up in the room I was in at the last place. Joy's had me for a year & a half, which means I got to hear all & see all. When Joy first purchased me, she lived in this other 2 bdrm smaller apartment. She used to have two other felines, one named Travis who was a grey striped male alleycat & another black thought was once a female, but found out a male who's name was once Samantha. When she found out it was a male, she shortened it to Sam. Unfortunately, both of them passed away due to being outside cats. Mommy Joy grieved over the loss & when recovered, began looking for another cat. She looked for one that could be kept indoors & when she was at this center called, Bridgehaven, my old neighbor, Felicia told her about me. Joy jumped at the chance to have me & looking forward to my arrival.
It was two days & a hot day in June 2007 that I departed with my former owner & Felicia's driver bought me into Bridgehaven, so Joy could take me home. At first, I was rather nervous & scared, because I was going to a new place, where I didn't know the people or animals. Joy at the time didn't time have any animals, but that was okay. I needed a minute to get used to everything & preferred my privacy. It took me a while to get used to the place & Mommy Joy, because it takes me longer to adjust to change. During that time, I had gotten a new sister kitty too, which was Pumpkin Sr., which provided me with some company when Mommy's not around to hug & cuddle me.
It wasn't but 6 months that Mommy had moved into a new place, because the old apartment didn't have any windows, got to be too small, & if she needed to take the bus, the stop was too far. That was okay with me, because I hated not having any big windows to look out of & the windows at the old place were small. All I seen out those windows were cars & the driveway. For the first week, Mommy was moved into the new apartment, she wasn't able to stay there until she was able to move in, plus get her L,G,&E cut on. That meant staying downstairs with her crazy neighbors until she got that done. There was lots of kitties for me & my sister to play with, but I was happy to go upstairs, because them neighbors were something else. They never cleaned their place, my litter box, & had too much drama. When Mommy Joy came in for good, I was happy.
I've really enjoyed living in the new apartment, because of it being big & all the huge windows there are to look out of. I get to look out & see all the cars, people, & other animals pass by.
Anyhoo, I spend most of my days being lazy, playing with toys Mommy has, playing with other kitties, & keeping watch over everything in the house. Afterall, I'm a black male cat & been with Mommy the longest. That's why she's given me the title & job as "Head Kitty."

Mommy Introduces Herself
Before I turn this blog over to my precious kitty cats, I shall first let u know that this is their blog space. Each of them don't have their very own blog at the moment, but soon will once I which they refer to as Mommy have done all the work & getting the photos on here.
